Near NEC Arena and train station. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Good breakfast buffet with hot food, pastries, cereal, fruit, toast. Good for business trip.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was very near to the airport, which was super convenient for my early morning flight. Plus, it was also close to the Convention Centre and NEC events, making it a great choice for business travelers or those attending events. Secondly, the staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful. They made sure to provide excellent service and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. And finally, the breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely delicious. The food was of great quality and the prices were reasonable. I especially loved the good coffee on offer, which was a perfect start to the day.

Our family king room was equipped with a lovely comfortable bed, the bar, air conditioning. The staff was kind and agreeable and responsive to what we asked for.

It was one of the best meals I've ever had, served by friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the ultra powerful shower. The location of the hotel is also convenient, being close to the airport, railway station, and the NEC. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and competent. The room was clean and had a recently renovated bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Birmingham International rail station, as well as the NEC and Genting Arena. Parking facilities were available, and the breakfast provided was very good.

I had a lovely stay in a long time. Attractive accommodation, the breakfast was savoury, pleasant location to airport. The room was bright, brand-new with a large bathroom. Everyone was efficient and best. The service was exceptional and the pool was lovely.
